Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.50 per order. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. The National Inventors Hall of Fame only ships US domestic.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to the current health situation.
Returns
Undamaged purchased items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. Return shipping is not reimbursed. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s).
Please note that Innovation Exploration Kits are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
In-store returns can be made at the National Inventors Hall of Fame Museum store during normal business hours. The store is located at 600 Dulany St, Alexandria, VA 22314.
Online Returns
Please follow the process below to submit a return request:
1. Log into your National inventors Hall of Fame (NIHF) account or create an account using the same email address used for your order.
2. Click My orders on the left menu.
3. Click View for the order corresponding to your return.
4. Click the Return item(s) button at the bottom of the order.
5. Choose the product to return and the quantity.
6. Complete all of the required fields marked with a red asterisk.
7. Click the Send button.
A National Inventors Hall of Fame representative will contact you within 48 hours for further instructions.
